At Nathan Sports, we stand behind our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your performance equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
